dc.description | The present research work was carried out in the company HELPCOMPUTER S.A in the city of Babahoyo, so that the main objective is to establish the level of user satisfaction. This work seeks to explain the importance of the way the staff works, because the clients do not agree with the management of the activities, therefore, they are not satisfied with the work provided, it is for this reason that A study was carried out to find out in depth what are the inconveniences that this nonconformity brings with it, at the same time providing training to improve the performance and development of the activities of each employee, such as satisfaction and teamwork. This research includes a qualitative and quantitative methodology. dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en la empresa HELPCOMPUTER S.A en la ciudad de Babahoyo, de modo que el objetivo principal es el de establecer el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios. En este trabajo se busca explicar la importancia de la forma en que labora el personal, debido a que los clientes no están de acuerdo con el manejo de las actividades, por ende, no se encuentran satisfechos con el trabajo brindado, es por esta causa que se ejecutó un estudio para conocer a fondo cuales son los inconvenientes que trae consigo esta inconformidad, a la vez aportar con capacitaciones para mejorar el desempeño y desarrollo de las actividades de cada empleado, tales como la satisfacción y trabajo en equipo. Esta investigación incluye una metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa. Por ultimo están los resultados obtenidos con referencias precisas debido a las técnicas que fueron aplicadas hasta llegar a la conclusión. | es_ES |
