dc.descriptionThis case study determines the relationship between the work environment and the productive development of the employees or the book curatorship of the city of Babahoyo in the period May – September 2022. Whose objective is to analyze the work environment of the curator of the book, observe their work journey, how negative aspects affect employees such as por communication, not resolving conflicts in time and not staying fully motivated to fulfill their activities. The research that is carried out presents certain aspects that influence and does not allows to have a good working enviroment in this Company a descriptive type is used for wich a survey questionnaire was applied to the employees of the Company and the owner. The data that was processed through the investigation of the work environment of the Company. The concluisions were reached with the results of the research instrument applied to the case study, that the work environment is significantly related to the correct management of communication between leader and collaborator, conflicto resolution, teamwork and the interest in keeping workers motivated, wich i snot applied by the leader or the place, considering that they are relevant points that serve for employees to exercise their who come for the products offered by the commissary.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso determina la relación entre el clima laboral y el desarrollo productivo de los empleados del comisariato del libro de la ciudad de Babahoyo en el periodo mayo – septiembre 2022. Cuyo objetivo es analizar el clima laboral del comisariato del libro, observar su trayecto laboral, como afectan los aspectos negativos a los empleados como la mala comunicación, no resolver los conflictos a tiempo y no mantenerse del todo motivados para cumplir con sus actividades. La investigación que se lleva a cabo presenta ciertos aspectos que influyen y no permite tener un buen clima laboral en esta empresa, se usa un tipo descriptivo para lo cual se aplicó un cuestionario de encuesta a los empleados de la empresa y al propietario. Los datos que se procesaron mediante la investigación del clima laboral de esta empresa. Se llegaron a las conclusiones con los resultados del instrumento de investigación aplicados para el estudio de caso, que el clima laboral se relaciona significativamente con el manejo correcto de la comunicación entre líder y colaborador, la resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo y el interés por mantener motivados a los trabajadores, mismo que no es aplicado por el líder del lugar, considerando que son puntos relevantes que sirven para que los empleados ejerzan sus actividades con un adecuado desempeño productivo al momento de dar atención a los clientes que acuden por los productos que ofrece el comisariato.es_ES
