dc.description.abstractEl presente proyecto sobre el plan de marketing para el incremento de las ventas está orientado a estudiar la viabilidad de esta propuesta que ayudara a la empresa “Larga Vida” a identificar los requisitos y servicios demandados por los clientes y conocer el entorno de mercado en el que los competidores desarrollan sus actividades y qué futuro les espera dada la situación económica actual. La propuesta de este plan de marketing es aplicar estrategias que aseguren a los clientes que los atributos y beneficios serán una de las mayores fortalezas que presenta frente a los competidores. Con el fin de conocer las necesidades reales de los clientes, se realizarán los respectivos estudios de mercado y se interpretarán los resultados para un conocimiento más amplio del mercado.
