dc.description | The work environment is the environment that is breathed in the environment in which workers carry out their different tasks. A concept that is conditioned by factors of the perception and characteristics of the employees, but also by the actions of the company. The term also refers to the state of mind of the members of an organization and how this influences business results. A good work environment improves employee productivity, and a bad one, in fact, generates conflicts and objectives are not achieved. It generates a feeling of belonging to the company in the employees: when people feel that their work is useful for something more than to generate money for the company, their commitment becomes increasingly important for the candidates and is linked to another concept: that of emotional salary. Un concepto que se encuentra condicionado por factores propios de la percepción y características de los empleados, pero también por las acciones de la empresa. El término, además, se refiere al estado de ánimo de los miembros de una organización y de cómo este influye en los resultados de negocio.
