For this we have first divided the research work into sections, in which we have in the conceptual framework the bases that serve as support to expand the theme of work environment and relate these theories with the pharmaceutical company and thus know the factors that they make this climate heavy in a company. | dc.description.abstract | En este estudio de caso vamos a conocer el clima laboral de la empresa importadora farmacéutica Jorua y el nivel de satisfacción de las personas que laboran en ella, cabe mencionar que esta importadora está ubicada en la ciudad de Babahoyo, pero ¿cómo vamos a conocer esta realidad?, para ello primero hemos dividido el trabajo de investigación en secciones, en el cual tenemos en el marco conceptual la bases que sirven de sustento para ampliar la temática de clima laboral y relacionar estas teorías con la empresa farmacéutica y así conocer los factores que hacen que este clima se vuelva pesado en una empresa. Buscamos una metodología que se ajuste al trabajo de investigación, se expresan los resultados obtenidos mediante una encuesta que se realiza en la empresa, se discuten los resultados obtenidos y finalmente se llega a las conclusiones de los datos que hemos obtenido de parte de la población estudiada y las debidas recomendaciones. | es_ES |
