| dc.description | Assertive communication is the fundamental basis in interpersonal relationships in this sense at present they are unaware of the benefits of communicating safely. This case study seeks to determine the incidence of assertive communication in interpersonal relationships with members of the Quinindé Canton Fire Department, year 2021. The methodology used in this case study was qualitative research that contemplates the use of methods and documentary techniques that I contribute to achieve the aforementioned objective. For this investigation, it was necessary to carry out a survey using Google to form the personnel of the firefighter institution with a total of 32 respondents. Where very relevant information was obtained regarding assertive communication and its results showed that there is a weakness in communicating safely in interpersonal relationships. Therefore, talks are proposed with topics related to assertive communication to strengthen interpersonal relationships of the Meritorious Fire Department of the Quinindé Canton. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La comunicación asertiva es la base fundamental en las relaciones interpersonales en este sentido en la actualidad desconocen los beneficios de comunicarse de manera segura. En este estudio de caso se busca determinar la incidencia de la comunicación asertiva en las relaciones interpersonales con miembros del Cuerpo de Bomberos del Cantón Quinindé, año 2021. La metodología empleada en el presente caso de estudio fue la investigación cualitativa que contemplo el uso de métodos y técnicas documental que aporto para alcanzar el objetivo ya antes mencionado. Para esta investigación fue necesario realizar una encuesta mediante Google forma al personal de la institución bomberil con un total de 32 encuestados. Donde se obtuvo información muy relevante con respecto a la comunicación asertiva y sus resultados demuestran que hay una debilidad en comunicarse de manera segura en las relaciones interpersonales. Por lo tanto, se propone charlas con temas referentes a la comunicación asertiva para fortalecer las relaciones interpersonales del Benemérito Cuerpo de Bomberos del Cantón Quinindé. | es_ES |
