Relámpago Campus, Urdaneta canton, since it is essential to examine the importance of environmental journalism in the multicultural environments that seasonal women work in the tobacco company, as well as identify the types of multicultural environments and their relationship with preservation and care of the environment, to that through the proposal of a training plan on environmental culture in the quality of life of seasonal women who work in tobacco companies, a fair and equitable environment for them and nature is guaranteed. | dc.description.abstract | La investigación determinó el impacto del periodismo ambiental y el entorno multilcultural que laboran las mujeres en la hacienda Flumitabaco S.A. Recinto Relámpago, cantón Urdaneta, por cuanto, es fundamental examinar la importancia del periodismo ambiental en los entornos multiculturales que laboran las mujeres temporeras en la tabacalera, así también, identificar los tipos entornos multiculturales y su relación con preservación y cuidado del medio ambiente, para que mediante la propuesta de un plan de capacitación sobre cultura ambiental en la calidad de vida de mujeres temporeras que laboran en las tabacaleras, se garantice un entorno justo y equitativo para ellas y la naturaleza. Por lo que, para llegar a los resultados esperados, se utilizó la técnica cualitativa para un resultado abierto de una manera rápida y eficaz. | es_ES |
