| dc.description | The purpose of this study was to demonstrate the existence of improvement in the quality of life of women who are working within the Relámpago tobacco company. To achieve this objective, we worked through Ecojournalism, which deals with the interrelationships and changes that arise between the human being and the environment that surrounds him. Descriptive research was applied, where the observation and description of the behavior of women in their environment was a fundamental pillar in obtaining the necessary information to achieve the purpose of the research. The most relevant conclusion of the research was that there is an improvement in the quality of life, despite family pressure, the machismo present in the society of the sector, limit the participation of women and slow down the desired change. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El propósito del presente trabajo fue evidenciar la existencia del mejoramiento de la calidad de vida de las mujeres que se encuentran laborando dentro de la tabacalera Relámpago. Para lograr este objetivo se trabajó mediante el Ecoperiodismo que se encarga de las interrelaciones y los cambios suscitados entre el ser humano y el entorno que lo rodea. Se aplicó la investigación descriptiva, donde la observación y descripción del comportamiento de las mujeres en su entorno fue pilar fundamental en la obtención de la información necesaria para alcanzar el propósito de la investigación. La conclusión más relevante de la investigación fue que existe una mejora en la calidad de vida, no obstante la presión familiar, el machismo presente en la sociedad del sector, limitan la participación de la mujer y ralentizan el cambio anhelado. | es_ES |
