| dc.description | The incidence of communication strategies in the management of the autonomous decentralized parish government of San Carlos, year 2021 is based on definitions of a bibliographic nature that help to understand, analyze and deepen the correct use of communication strategies and support in achieving the mission and vision. The implementation of the correct strategies are vital within the management of sectional governments and their importance will be determined in order to significantly improve management. The proposed solutions are based on information provided by collaborators, which allowed gathering information and identifying possible solutions strengthened with my knowledge of both the environment and academics, using strategies and tools to improve communication in management. | es_ES |

La implantación de las estrategias correctas es vitales dentro de la gestión de gobiernos seccionales y su importancia se determinara con el fin de mejorar significativamente la gestión. Las soluciones propuestas parte de información brindada por colaboradores lo que permitió levantar información e identificar las posibles soluciones fortalecidas con mis conocimientos tanto del medio como académicos haciendo uso de estrategias y herramientas para mejorar la comunicación en la gestión. | es_ES |
