| dc.description | When referring to administrative management, it should be noted that it is about how to manage the company's resources to achieve the objectives, management has four fundamental functions that are: planning, organization, direction and control. It is in charge of carrying out all the strategies planned by the company, which seek to obtain benefits, profitability and increase assets, and above all to achieve its goals. The objective of this research is to analyze the impact of administrative management on the economic growth of tourism enterprises in the Quevedo canton, year 2021. The methodology applied has been of a qualitative and quantitative type, whose data collection process was carried out through the survey technique, which was directed to a part of the population of entrepreneurs of the Quevedo Canton, whose results obtained show the need of creating an Administrative Management Model (100%) of the opinion of the respondents), because the entrepreneurs do not know what strategies help improve the profitability of their business, since there are several factors that affect the development of the management carried out, among those that stand out the most are: the lack of knowledge in administrative processes, the pandemic and the insecurity that these enterprises have. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Al referirse a la gestión administrativa, hay que resaltar que se trata de cómo administrar los recursos de la empresa para alcanzar los objetivos, la gestión tiene cuatro funciones fundamentales que son: planeación, organización, dirección y control. Es la encargada de llevar a cabo todas las estrategias planeadas por la empresa, las cuales buscar obtener beneficios, rentabilidad y aumentar activos, y sobre todo alcanzar sus metas. El objetivo de la presente investigación consiste en Analizar el impacto de la gestión administrativa en el crecimiento económico de los emprendimientos turísticos del cantón Quevedo, año 2021. La metodología aplicada ha sido de tipo cualitativo y cuantitativo, cuyo proceso de recolección de datos se realizó a través de la técnica de la encuesta, la cual estuvo dirigida a una parte de la población de emprendedores del Cantón Quevedo, cuyos resultados obtenidos evidencian la necesidad de crear un Modelo de Gestión Administrativa (100% de la opinión de los encuestados), debido a que los emprendedores desconocen qué estrategias ayudan a mejorar la rentabilidad de su negocio, pues son varios los factores que afectan el desenvolvimiento de la gestión realizada, entre los que más resaltan están: la falta de conocimiento en procesos administrativos, la pandemia y la inseguridad con que cuentan estos emprendimientos. | es_ES |
