Based on the fact that the crisis caused by covid-19 will suppose, due to its characteristics, a before and after for the tourist reactivation, this chapter applies a prospective look at the day before and there may be an after, that is, at new scenario that may be drawn once the activity of the sector is reactivated after its obligatory strategy plan to fight COVID-19. To do this, and based on some preliminary market research data that indicate possible changes, some scenarios are outlined based on three key variables: government policy, tourist behavior and organizational culture (of companies) and of citizens with their small great help. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | La investigación es de importancia práctica y funcional en el ámbito local, regional y porque no decirlo a nivel nacional, los resultados obtenidos contribuirán para el desarrollo del BALNEARIO MANILA PARK CENTER, como para aquellos complejos que se encuentren con los mismos problemas, considerando un Servicio, para promover la eficiencia y eficacia en la realización de sus operaciones. Sobre la base de que la crisis causada por el covid-19 supondrá, por sus características, un antes y un después para la reactivación turística, el presente capítulo aplica una mirada prospectiva al día antes y puede que haya un después, es decir, al nuevo panorama que puede quedar dibujado una vez que la actividad del sector se reactive tras su obligado plan de estrategia para llevarle la contra al COVID-19. Para ello, y partiendo de algunos datos preliminares de investigaciones de mercado que señalan posibles cambios, se esbozan algunos escenarios en función de tres variables clave: política gubernamental, comportamiento del turista y cultura organizacional (de las empresas) y de los ciudadanos con su pequeña gran ayuda. | es_ES |
