dc.description | The importance of effective financial management for companies today depends largely on financial planning, which must be carried out on the basis of financial and managerial knowledge that enables the achievement of the objectives and goals of the organization or business. The origin or birth of financial management is found mainly in the so-called Industrial Revolution. The growth of countries depends on how their business develops, and organizations depend on their workers, so implementing the right policies and strategies for human resource management becomes important for employers. The talent department works with people who are a fundamental part of the company. But talent, selection, training or performance evaluation are not the only things we come across every day. Human resource management is one of the most important areas of organizational administration, since people are the most important asset of any company.
The functions of the Department of Human Talent and Financial Administration cannot operate their development in isolation; both fields are dependent on each other. If organizations focus only on economic capital, budget and financial balance without taking into account human capital, the organization will have a great impact on the risk of critical processes such as hiring and retaining the best talent in the company. dc.description.abstract | La importancia de una administración financiera eficaz para las empresas hoy en día depende en gran medida de la planificación financiera la cual debe realizarse sobre la base de un conocimiento financiero y gerencial que posibilite el logro de los objetivos y metas de la organización o negocio. El origen o nacimiento de la gestión financiera se encuentra principalmente en la llamada Revolución Industrial. El crecimiento de los países depende de cómo se desarrolle su negocio, y las organizaciones dependen de sus trabajadores, por lo que implementar las políticas y estrategias adecuadas para la gestión de los recursos humanos se vuelve importante para los empleadores. En el departamento de talento se trabaja con las personas que son parte fundamental de la empresa. Pero el talento, la selección, la formación o la evaluación del desempeño no son las únicas cosas con las que nos encontramos todos los días. La gestión de recursos humanos es una de las áreas más importantes de la administración organizacional, ya que las personas son el activo más importante de cualquier empresa.
Las funciones del Departamento de Talento Humano y Administración Financiera no pueden operar su desarrollo de forma aislada; ambos campos son dependientes el uno del otro. Si las organizaciones se enfocan únicamente en el capital económico, el presupuesto y el balance financiero sin tomar en cuenta el capital humano, la organización tendrá un gran impacto en el riesgo de procesos críticos como la contratación y retención del mejor talento de la empresa.
