dc.description | The present case study focused on the English language and its relationship with the job performance of the teachers of the Language Center of the Technical University of Babahoyo, academic period 2022, starting from the current perspective, this language is considered as the universal language. That leads the great educational, commercial, social, labor scenarios, among others; that generate millionaire income in the world. The inefficient application of methodological strategies for the teaching of English by CENID educators limits student learning and decreases the job performance of teachers. The poor use of technology in the work activities of the teacher and the poor relationship between co-workers of this academic unit, maintain a current problem in this unit and as a solution measure, the training of teachers in methodology issues for the teaching of English, the use of technological tools and human relations to boost the work environment and improve the quality of service offered by educators. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso se centró en el idioma inglés y su relación con el desempeño laboral de los docentes del Centro de Idiomas de la Univerdidad Técnica de Babahoyo período académico 2022, partiendo desde la perspectiva actual, se considera a este lengua como el idioma universal que lidera los grandes escenarios educativos, comerciales, sociales, laborales, entre varios; que generar millonarios ingresos en el mundo. La ineficiente aplicación de estrategias metodológicas para la enseñanza del inglés por parte de los educadores del CENID, limita el aprendizaje de los estudiantes y disminuye el desempeño laboral de los maestros. El deficiente uso de la tecnología en las actividades laborales del docente y la escasa relación entre compañeros de trabajo de esta unidad académica, mantienen una problemática vigente en esta dependencia y como medida de solución se plantea, la capacitación de los docentes en temas de metodología para la enseñanza del inglés, uso de herramientas tecnológicas y relaciones humanas para dinamizar el entorno de trabajo y mejorar la calidad del servicio que ofrecen los educadores. | es_ES |
