dc.description | In the investigation that will be found in this case study, an expanded vision will be given in its theoretical and practical part with the objective of identifying how the organizational environment influences the professional ethical values of the DISGRULED company officials. This topic is relevant because in every company we work with the human resource itself, which is the engine of any organization, therefore, the existence of a series of ethical principles and values that are required to comply with them is more than necessary in order to maintain order and harmony in the organizational environment, however, this has become a problem in the DISGRULED company due to the fact that various situations have been detected that do not contribute to maintaining a good working environment. Through the use of the type of bibliographical research, the definition of the terms that emerge from the main variables will be obtained, these are professional ethical values and organizational environment, likewise, the descriptive research will allow describing the characteristics of the problems, which are identified thanks to the use of the survey technique that was applied to the officials of said company. To carry out the linking of the theory and the findings obtained in the survey, it was necessary to proceed with the inductive-deductive method to make an approach of the practical and theoretical part starting from the general to the particular and vice versa. To conclude, thanks to all the tools used in this investigation, it was possible to determine that the officials of the company in question hardly apply professional ethical values in the performance of their duties, this is due to factors such as the lack of a code of ethics, which consequently affects the organizational environment of this company. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En la investigación que se encontrará en el presente estudio de caso se dará una visión ampliada en su parte teórica y práctica con el objetivo de identificar cómo influye el ambiente organizacional en los valores éticos profesionales de los funcionarios de la empresa DISGRULED. Esta temática es relevante porque en toda empresa se trabaja con el recurso humano mismo que es el motor de cualquier organización, por tanto, es más que necesaria la existencia de una serie de principios y valores éticos que se les exija cumplir con el fin de mantener un orden y armonía en el ambiente organizacional, sin embargo, esto se ha constituido en una problemática en la empresa DISGRULED debido a que se han detectado diversas situaciones que no contribuyen a mantener un buen clima laboral. A través de la utilización del tipo de investigación bibliográfica se obtendrá la definición de los términos que se desprendan de las variables principales, estas son, valores éticos profesionales y ambiente organizacional, asimismo la investigación descriptiva permitirá describir las características de las problemáticas, mismas que son identificadas gracias a la utilización de la técnica de la encuesta que se aplicó a los funcionarios de dicha empresa. Para realizar la vinculación de la teoría y los hallazgos obtenidos en la encuesta fue preciso proceder con el método inductivo-deductivo para realizar un acercamiento de la parte práctica y teórico partiendo de lo general a lo particular y viceversa. Para concluir, gracias a todas las herramientas utilizadas en esta investigación se pudo determinar que los funcionarios de la empresa en cuestión escasamente aplican valores éticos profesionales en el quehacer de sus funciones, esto se debe a factores como la inexistencia de un código deontológico lo que consecuentemente afecta al ambiente organizacional de esta empresa. | es_ES |
