dc.description | With the massification of the use of the internet in virtual classes, its connectivity was complicated and its quality deteriorated, generating inconvenience among teachers and students who had to use it in the daily activities of their classes, which was also reflected in the use of the technological tools necessary to guarantee their normal application of educational platforms
Faced with this situation, it is necessary to carry out the present study to show the main effects that the use of technological tools and access to the internet gender in the development of school activities for both teachers and students, their particular complications and other daily problems presented.
The methodology to be used in the present case study is oriented to a qualitative design when studying qualities of the studied phenomenon and a descriptive approach since it is referred to when describing the results evidenced after the study and explanatory since it is expressed logically and sequentially. the development and results of the research work, using inductive methods when the part of a whole is to be studied and deductive when it is deduced from the whole to reach conclusions. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Con la masificación del uso del internet en las clases virtuales, se complicó su conectividad y se desmejoro la calidad del mismo, generando inconveniente entre los docentes y estudiantes que debían utilizarlo en las actividades diarias de sus clases, lo que también se vio reflejado en la utilización de las herramientas tecnológicas necesaria para garantizar su normal aplicación de las plataformas educativas
Ante esta situación se hace necesario realizar el presente estudio para evidenciar los principales efectos que la utilización de las herramientas tecnológicas y el acceso al internet género en el desarrollo de las actividades escolares tanto para docentes como para estudiantes, sus complicaciones particulares y demás problemas cotidianos presentados.
La metodología a emplear en el presente caso de estudio, se orienta a un diseño cualitativo al estudiar cualidades del fenómeno estudiado y de enfoque descriptivo por cuanto se remite al describir los resultados evidenciados luego del estudio y explicativo por cuanto se expresa de forma lógica y secuencial el desarrollo y los resultados del trabajo de investigación, utilizando métodos inductivo cuando se va a estudiar las parte de un todo y deductivo cuando se deduce del todo para llegar a las conclusiones. | es_ES |
