The objective of this research was to analyze the impact of didactic strategies on the development of fine motor skills in children aged 3-4 years of the initial cycle, of the Educational Unit "Francisco Huerta Rendón", of the Babahoyo Canton. Methodology: The research design was non-experimental cross-sectional and descriptive-correlational; for this, an intention sample of 21 boys and girls (12 boys and 9 girls) with an average age of 3.5 years was selected. Results: A fine motor test was applied to evaluate four fundamental aspects in 100% of the sample: manual visual coordination (44.05% "if developed" and 55.95% "not developed"); phonetic coordination (42.86% "if developed" and 57.14% "not developed"); gestural coordination (63.13% "if developed" and 33.87% "not developed") and facial coordination (74.03% "if developed" and 27.07% "not developed") where it was found that there is a deficiency in the execution of the tasks proposed. there are no significant differences in the development of fine motor skills in children aged 3-4 years of the initial cycle, of the Educational Unit "Francisco Huerta Rendón", of the Babahoyo Canton). Solution: A guide of didactic strategies focused on improving fine motor skills in children aged 3-4 years, of the initial cycle, was proposed.es_ES
