dc.description | The present research work was carried out in the commercial "RICARDITO JR" of the San Juan Parish, in which the main objective is to determine the distribution of functions. This paper aims to explain the importance of assigning activities, for reasons that workers are not satisfied with the delegation of functions, which is why a study was carried out to understand what are the problems that this disagreement entails. At the same time, provide training according to the area of operation and thus improve employee performance, such as satisfaction, teamwork and training. This research contains a qualitative and quantitative methodology. Finally, there are the results obtained with precise references due to the techniques that were applied until reaching the conclusion. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en el comercial “RICARDITO JR” de la Parroquia San Juan, en el cual el objetivo principal es determinar la distribución de funciones. En este trabajo se pretende explicar la importancia de la asignación de las actividades, por motivos a que los trabajadores no están satisfechos con la delegación de las funciones, es por esto que se efectuó un estudio para comprender cuales son los problemas que acarrea esta disconformidad, al mismo tiempo brindar capacitaciones de acuerdo al area de funcionamiento y de este modo mejorar el desempeño de los empleados, tales como la satisfacción, trabajo en equipo y capacitación. Esta investigación contiene una metodología cualitativa y cuantitativa. Por ultimo están los resultados obtenidos con referencias precisas debido a las técnicas que fueron aplicadas hasta llegar a la conclusión. | es_ES |
