| dc.description.abstract | En el desarrollo del presente estudio de caso se realizó en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado Parroquial de Ricaurte, en el cual se aplicó el método descriptivo que ayudo a obtener la máxima cantidad de información necesaria, mediante la utilización de la técnica de entrevista que fue aplicada al presidente del GAD PARROQUIAL, en donde se obtuvo como resultado que existe un deficiente desempeño laboral debido al mal clima laboral existente en los diferentes departamentos de la entidad, la principal actividad de la entidad en mención es la recepción de documentos y peticiones que realizan los usuario para los recinto, sectores y barrios perteneciente a la parroquia, también realizan gestiones y autogestiones para mejoras de la institución y las comunidades, a través de solicitudes al GAD Municipal y al GAD Provincial, el objetivo principal del estudio es evaluar la sinergia departamental en el GAD Parroquial de Ricaurte, la presente información está basada en la línea de investigación “Sistemas de información y comunicación, emprendimiento e innovación” y la sublínea “Empresas e instituciones públicas y privadas” al ser una organización gubernamental se ve inmersa en la sublínea estipulada. | es_ES |
