dc.descriptionThe present case study called: Human Talent Management of the ´´Anthony´´ Supermarket of the City of Babahoyo has the purpose of determining the main shortcomings that the entity possesses around the aforementioned variable and the way in which it affects job performance. of the collaborators of the institution, reducing its productivity and profitability. Through the application of a descriptive-bibliographical methodology, it is intended to expose the situations and scenarios that arise in the organization, supporting them with concepts of valid theoretical sources that allow measuring the impact of each indicator of dissatisfaction on the economic standards and quality of the company in question. Through the use of appropriate information collection instruments and techniques such as the interview guide, questionnaires, interviews and surveys applied to the administrator and collaborators respectively of the "Anthony" Supermarket in the city of Babahoyo, it is intended to verify the most common situations that affect to the work performance of the personnel and its repercussions within the profitability and efficiency of the institution.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio denominado: Gestión de Talento Humano del Supermercado ´´Anthony´´ de la Cuidad de Babahoyo tiene como finalidad determinar las principales falencias que posee la entidad en torno a la variable mencionada y la forma en que esta afecta al desempeño laboral de los colaboradores de la institución, disminuyendo la productividad y rentabilidad de la misma. Por medio de la aplicación de una metodología de carácter descriptivo-bibliográfica, se pretende exponer las situaciones y escenarios suscitados en la organización, sustentándolos con conceptos de fuentes teóricas válidas que permitan medir el impacto de cada indicador de insatisfacción en los estándares económicos y calidad de la empresa en mención. Por medio del uso de instrumentos y técnicas de recolección de información adecuados como la guía de entrevista, cuestionarios, entrevista y encuestas aplicada al administrador y colaboradores respectivamente del Supermercado “Anthony” de la ciudad de Babahoyo, se pretende comprobar las situaciones más comunes que afectan al desempeño laboral del personal y sus repercusiones dentro de la rentabilidad y eficiencia de la institución.es_ES
