dc.description | This project focuses on the development of marketing strategies to improve sales and customer loyalty of Comercial Guamán in the Vinces canton. The first part considers the description of the problem that has to be overcome in order to be competitive, taking into account its development. The second part basically consists of a situational analysis, to then formulate projected objectives based on the needs of the Market. In this way, the objective is to analyze the different marketing strategies in the Guamán commercial, in order to achieve the application of effective methods that benefit the commercial and therefore customer satisfaction, offering a higher quality service according to the needs of each person. One of the essences of marketing strategies addresses the identification of needs and transforms them into opportunities, in addition to being able to visualize the dangers that arise in the future, which combined with other important data have the main basis for a company to take better decisions in the present to exploit the opportunities and avoid the dangers and be able to perform as a true company that treats and cares for each of its members and attracts its customers and makes them fall in love to perpetuate them. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | En el presente proyecto se enfoca la elaboración de estrategias de marketing para mejorar las ventas y la fidelidad de la clientela del Comercial Guamán del cantón Vinces. La primera parte considera la descripción del problema que tiene que superar para poder ser competitivo, teniendo en cuenta para el desarrollo del mismo. La segunda parte consta básicamente de un análisis situacional, para luego formular objetivos proyectados sobre la base de las necesidades del Mercado. De tal manera, se tiene como objetivo analizar las distintas estrategias de marketing en el comercial Guamán, para así lograr la aplicación de métodos eficaces que beneficien al comercial y por ende la satisfacción de los clientes, ofreciendo un servicio de mayor calidad de acuerdo a las necesidades de cada persona. Una de las principales esencia de las estrategias de marketing direcciona a la identificación de necesidades y las transforma en oportunidades, además de poder visualizar los peligros que surgen en el futuro, los cuales combinados con otros datos importantes proporcionan la principal base para que una empresa tome mejores decisiones en el presente para explotar las oportunidades y evitar los peligros y poder realizarse como una verdadera empresa que trata y cuida a cada uno de sus miembros y atrae a sus clientes y enamorarlos para perennizarlos. | es_ES |
