dc.description | Digital communication today is at its peak, as the world in which we live is updated, communication is also coupled to it. Therefore, at a national and international level, this type of communication is used in all the activities carried out by human beings in their daily lives. The use that a digital medium provides and presents is eloquent, its speed and immediacy is essential in today's society, because we depend on digital media to be informed.
That is why even traditional media have chosen to also use this new way of communication, developing and implementing social networks, in which they broadcast information and content on different digital platforms. Which are more popular and are used to find detailed information with just a click and can have knowledge of the company or business.
Therefore, this work focuses on knowing the credibility of the digital medium Jujan Móvil, from the Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno canton, through the quantitative method, conducting surveys with the followers of the digital medium, compiling different criteria where it is concluded that this medium has a high credibility index. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La comunicación digital hoy en día está en todo su apogeo, medida que el mundo en el que vivimos se actualiza la comunicación también se acopla a él. Por lo tanto, a nivel nacional e internacional este tipo de comunicación se emplea en todas las actividades que realiza el ser humano en su diario vivir. El aprovechamiento que presta y presenta un medio digital, es elocuente, la rapidez y su inmediatez, es fundamental en la sociedad actual, porque dependemos de los medios digitales para estar informados.
Es por eso que hasta los medios tradicionales han optado por darle uso también a esta nueva manera de comunicación, desarrollando e implementando, redes sociales, en las cuales emiten la información y contenidos en las diferentes plataformas digitales. Las cuales son más concurridas y son utilizadas para encontrar información detallada con solo darle un click y pueden tener conocimiento de la empresa o negocio.
Por lo tanto, este trabajo se centra en conocer la credibilidad del medio digital Jujan Móvil, del cantón Alfredo Baquerizo Moreno, a través del método cuantitativo realizando encuestas con los seguidores del medio digital, recopilando diferentes criterios donde se concluye que este medio posee un alto índice de credibilidad. | es_ES |
