dc.description | Customer service is a service that all companies provide in order to have a direct relationship with their customers. The commercial establishment under study is located in the enclosure, "La Carmela", which is dedicated to selling tools, construction materials and household implements, the incorporation of this microenterprise has been of great importance for the inhabitants of this town, because it puts at your disposal all kinds of hardware products for your homes, even for construction. However, a serious problem has been detected in it regarding the attention they provide to their clients, this is due to the lack of knowledge that both the owners and the employees have on the subject. The objective of this research is to determine what are the factors that affect customer service in the JDF "Los Chivitos" hardware store, to achieve customer loyalty and therefore the company's sales have considerable growth. dc.description.abstract | La atención al cliente es un servicio que todas las empresas proporcionan con la finalidad de tener una relación directa con sus clientes. El establecimiento comercial objeto de estudio está situado en el recinto, “La Carmela”, el cual se dedica a expender herramientas, materiales de construcción e implementos para el hogar, la incorporación de esta microempresa ha sido de gran importancia para los habitantes de este pueblo, pues pone a su disposición todo tipo de productos de ferretería para sus hogares incluso para la construcción. Sin embargo, en él se ha detectado un grave problema en cuanto a la atención que brindan a sus clientes, esto se debe al desconocimiento que tienen sobre el tema tanto los propietarios, así como los empleados. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar cuáles son los factores que afectan la atención al cliente en la Ferretería JDF “Los Chivitos”, para lograr que clientes se fidelicen y por ende las ventas de la empresa tengan un crecimiento considerable. A través de la aplicación de estrategias de marketing, charlas y capacitaciones se logrará mantener, preservar o conservar a los clientes que realizan sus compras en esta pequeña empresa. | es_ES |
