| dc.description | The development of this case study aims to analyze the supply process within the "Maxitel" company in the Baba canton, province of Los Ríos, allowing itself to detail through its development all the problems found within it, and analyzing the consequences that each one has within the company and how this influences its business growth. For the development of the present case study, it was carried out through the inductive method since in this way it was possible to have a clearer and more detailed way of the causes and consequences found in the company "Maxitel", accompanied by the collection technique of data to be able to carry out a more exact analysis based on the answers obtained through a bank of questions asked of the company's employees. Based on the results obtained in the surveys carried out on the collaborators of said institution, it can be said that within the company "Maxitel" it has been possible to manifest and present a series of problems that are subject to the supply process, bringing great consequences that affect their economic, financial and business performance. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El desarrollo del presente estudio de caso tiene como objetivo analizar el proceso de abastecimiento dentro de la empresa “Maxitel” del cantón Baba, provincia de Los Ríos, permitiéndose detallar a través de su desarrollo todos los problemas encontrados dentro de la misma, y analizando las consecuencias que cada uno tiene dentro de la empresa y como esto influye en su crecimiento empresarial. Para el desarrollo del presente estudio de caso se procedió a realizarlo a través del método inductivo ya que de esta manera se permitió tener una manera más clara y detallada de las causas y consecuencias encontradas en la empresa “Maxitel”, acompañada de la técnica de recolección de datos para poder realizar un análisis más exacto en base a las respuestas obtenidas a través de una banco de preguntas realizadas a los empleados de la empresa. En base a los resultados obtenidos en las encuestas realizadas a los colaboradores de dicha institución se puede decir que dentro de la empresa “Maxitel” se ha podido manifestar y presentar una serie de problemas que encuentran sujetos al proceso de abastecimiento trayendo grandes consecuencias que afectan su rendimiento económico, financiero y empresarial. | es_ES |
