dc.description | The quality management in the processes of a company are relevant at the time of decision making, this allows to have updated and organized information, the case study entitled "QUALITY MANAGEMENT IN THE PROCESSES OF THE HACIENDA SARITA OF THE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY ARREGUI DAVILA SA. "Due to the problems generated by the non-existence of a management system, as part of this, there is the lack of updating of the personnel who keep the data in a disorganized way, which has allowed the objective of analyzing the quality management in the processes of the Hacienda, which was possible thanks to the implementation of the interview technique, which led to obtain relevant data about the current situation of the administrative part of the company, The results obtained showed that they do not have their own system and that until now the most practical way is to keep the information manually, in addition the administrators pretend that nothing happens, no damage is evaluated and no inconsistencies are reported, reaching the conclusion that it is urgent to implement an updated system that governs the functions in a correct way so as not to cause discomfort in any of the areas that compose it. The quality management systems not only seek to improve the activities within the administrative area, but this must be organized because otherwise it can generate problems at the level of productivity, not having the raw materials or materials needed to perform the work within the farm. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La gestión de la calidad en los procesos de una empresa son relevantes a la hora de la toma de decisiones, esto permite que se cuente con información actualizada y organizada, el estudio de caso titulado “GESTIÓN DE LA CALIDAD EN LOS PROCESOS DE LA HACIENDA SARITA DE LA EMPRESA CONSTRUCTORA ARREGUI DAVILA S.A.” debido a los problemas que le ha generado la inexistencia de un sistema de gestión como parte de este se cuenta con la desactualización del personal quienes llevan de forma desorganizado los datos, lo que ha permitido plantearse como objetivo analizar la gestión de calidad en los procesos de la Hacienda, lo que fue posible gracias a la implementación de la técnica de la entrevista, lo que llevo a obtener datos relevantes acerca de la situación actual por los que está pasando la parte administrativa de la empresa, los resultados obtenidos dejaron ver que no cuentan con un sistema propio y que hasta los actuales momentos lo más practico es llevar la información de forma manual, además los administradores hacen de cuenta cómo si no pasara nada, no se evalúan daños ni se notifican las inconsistencia, llegando a la conclusión que es urgente que implemente un sistema actualizado que rija las funciones de manera correcta para de este modo no causar malestar en ninguna de las áreas que la componen. Los sistemas de gestión de la calidad no solo buscan mejorar las actividades dentro del área administrativa, sino que esto debe estar organizado ya que de no ser así puede generar problemas a nivel de la productividad, al no contar con la materia prima o los materiales necesarios para realizar la labor dentro de la hacienda. | es_ES |
