dc.descriptionGiven the poor management of the Minimarket "Cesarín" dedicated to the commercialization of basic necessities, it was proposed to investigate its current bureaucracy, therefore, the general objective of the case study is to analyze the administrative management of the minimarket, in order to improve the current situation of the business in the Muñoz Rubio neighborhood of Babahoyo, with the purpose of contributing to the productive matrix, since by providing relevant information it is expected that this establishment can develop in a more agile way contributing to the local economy. In addition, a study focused on the root cause method was conducted in order to obtain valuable information that would allow providing recommendations adapted to the company's requirements. The instruments and techniques applied allowed certifying the following results; it was concluded that this business has not grown as expected by its owner and that they face problems to organize continuously, in addition, it is evident the lack of monitoring on inventory turnover, since it has generated unnecessary purchases and obsolete inventories in the minimarket, this has caused losses of money putting at risk the operability, and customer loyalty; Therefore, in this study, guidelines were given on the general administrative process and how important it is for the company to continuously analyze its characteristics in order to design strategies that will promote it in the market.es_ES

dc.description.abstractAnte el mal manejo del Minimarket “Cesarín” dedicado a la comercialización de insumos de primera necesidad, se propuso investigar sobre su burocracia actual, por ende, el objetivo general del estudio de caso es analizar la gestión administrativa del minimarket, con el fin de mejorar la situación actual del negocio de la ciudadela Muñoz Rubio del cantón Babahoyo, con el propósito de contribuir a la matriz productiva, puesto que al proporcionar información relevante se espera que este establecimiento pueda desarrollarse de manera más ágil contribuyendo a la economía local. Además, se realizó un estudio enfocado en el método causa raíz, a fin de obtener información valiosa que permita dar recomendaciones adaptadas a los requerimientos de la empresa. Los instrumentos y técnicas aplicados permitieron certificar los siguientes resultados; se concluyó que este negocio no ha crecido de la manera esperada por su dueño y que enfrentan problemas para organizarse continuamente, además, es evidente la falta de monitoreo sobre la rotación de inventario, puesto que ha generado compras innecesarias e inventarios obsoletos en el minimarket, esto ha ocasionado pérdidas de dinero poniendo en riesgo la operatividad, y la fidelidad del cliente; al adquirir productos en mal estado, por ello, en el presente estudio se dieron directrices del proceso administrativo general y lo importante que es para la empresa analizar continuamente sus características para diseñar estrategias que las impulsen en el mercado, también se dio énfasis que todas las actividades necesitan una organización por escrito y por hechos, así como un control del desempeño.es_ES
