dc.descriptionThe current case study was carried out in the commercial "León" of the Simón Bolívar Canton that shows the endless questions that said commercial seeks. The central theme is that sales levels have decreased due to the absence of advertising techniques, the decrease of the space that the writing material has, the absence of advances and limits, and procedures that achieve the client's reliability. The objective is to analyze the reasons why sales levels have decreased in order to make a careful examination of each of the variables that lead to sales. To collect the data used for this situation study, the interview method applied to the owner of the stationery store and the surveys applied to their representatives and clients were used. The results obtained show the absence of special exhibition methodologies, the little progress in its procedures, the absence of a framework of actions, unmotivated workforce, among others.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl estudio de caso actual se lo realizo en el comercial “León" del Cantón Simón Bolívar que muestra el sin fin de cuestiones que busca dicho comercial. El tema central es que los niveles de ventas han disminuido por la ausencia de técnicas publicitarias, la disminución del espacio que tiene el material de escritura, la ausencia de avances y límites; y procedimientos que logren la confiabilidad del cliente. El objetivo es analizar las razones por las que los niveles de ventas han disminuido para hacer un examen cuidadoso de cada una de las variables que conducen a las ventas. Para recopilar los datos utilizados para este estudio de situación, se utilizó el método de entrevista aplicado al propietario de la papelería y las encuestas aplicadas a sus representantes y clientes. Los resultados obtenidos muestran la ausencia de metodologías especiales de exhibición, el poco avance en sus procedimientos, la ausencia de un marco de acciones, mano de obra desmotivada, entre otros.es_ES
