dc.descriptionThe present case study was developed on the basis of the method of methodological approximation which allowed to collect information on the logistics issue in the company Casanova was also able to perform a field work where information was collected through interview applied to the owner of the organization and survey addressed to workers in the same establishment, this is dedicated to the sale of new items for the home, for people, for pets among other types of news online, where they offer their services and products through their channels or electronic media through their Instagram and Facebook page as well as through their website and WhatsApp; the main objective is to analyze the logistic process in the company Casanova of the city of Babahoyo; the line of investigation used is that of financial, administrative, tax management, audit and control which relates to the marketing and marketing sub-line because it is the logistics of marketing or delivery of products to customers for which marketing is needed to advertise or advertise products on networks and company website and customers make their purchases. Through an exhaustive study and research of all the processes involved in the logistics used in the company, the following results were obtained: Indicates the owner of the company that the logistics of delivery must improve in broad aspects among them highlights that the delivery time used in the delivery must be faster according to the market and competition in general which delivers in less time that they, therefore implementing or hiring new workers to take care of this area says that it is the most feasible solution that can be executed to make the delivery logistics that the company performs more optimized and improved.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente estudio de caso se realizó se desarrollo en base el método de aproximación metodológica el que permitió recopilar información sobre el tema logística en la empresa Casanova también se logró efectuar un trabajo de campo donde se recopiló información por medio de entrevista aplicada al propietario de la organización y encuesta direccionada a los trabajadores del mismo establecimiento, esta se dedica a la venta de artículos novedosos para el hogar, para las personas, para mascotas entre otros tipos de novedades por internet, en donde ofrecen sus servicios y productos a través de sus canales o medios electrónicos por medio de su página en Instagram y Facebook al igual que por medio de su página web y WhatsApp; el objetivo principal consiste en analizar el proceso logístico en la empresa Casanova de la ciudad de Babahoyo; la línea de investigación empleada es la de Gestión financiera, administrativa, tributaria, auditoría y control la cual guarda relación con la sublínea de marketing y comercialización debido a que se trata de la logística de comercialización o entrega de los productos a los clientes para la cual se necesita del marketing para publicitar o anunciar los productos en las redes y sitio web de la empresa y los clientes realicen sus compras. Mediante un exhaustivo estudio e investigación de todos los procesos que intervienen en la logística empleada en la empresa se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados: Indica el propietario de la empresa que la logística de entrega debe mejorar en amplios aspectos entre uno de ellos resalta que el tiempo de entrega que se emplea en la entrega debe ser más rápida de acorde al mercado y a la competencia en general la cual realiza entregas en menos tiempo que ellos, por lo tanto implementar o contratar nuevos trabajadores que se encarguen de esta área dice que es la solución más factible que se puede ejecutar para que la logística de entrega que realiza la empresa se más optima y mejorada.es_ES
