The sales process is so important for companies, which allows generating greater profitability, meeting the objectives established in business benefits, therefore this process must be clearly defined by the business owner, so that no problems arise that affect sales and generate low income. For the process of collecting information, the following elements were used regarding the research methodologies, qualitative and quantitative methods were applied, allowing the application of an interview to the owner of the business and surveys to a certain group of the entity's clients, obtaining relevant and specific information that allows establishing recommendations for the benefit of the pastry shop.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente caso de estudio consiste en determinar cómo es el proceso de gestión de ventas de la pastelería El Cubano, identificando las falencias presentes que no garantizan la satisfacción de los clientes, este proceso es considerado muy importante para el negocio, de ello depende la viabilidad de la empresa, por tal razón se planteó el desarrollo de la investigación, para conocer la realidad de la pastelería El Cubano, saber los niveles de ventas en los últimos años y que estrategias han implementado para atraer la atención de los clientes. El proceso de ventas es tan importante para las empresas, lo que permite generar mayor rentabilidad, cumpliendo con los objetivos establecidos en beneficios del negocio, por ende este proceso debe estar claramente definido por el propietario del negocio, de manera que no surja problemas que afecten a las ventas y les genere bajo ingresos. Para el proceso de recopilación de información se utilizaron los siguientes elementos referente a las metodologías de investigación, se aplicaron los métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos, permitiendo la aplicación de una entrevista al propietario del negocio y encuestas a un grupo determinado de los clientes de la entidad, obteniendo información relevante y especifica que permita establecer recomendaciones en beneficio de la pastelería.es_ES
