dc.description | The Banco de Pichincha has alternatives to access its main services, among them are the electronic channels, however there are drawbacks related to the electronic channels: lack of knowledge in the use of the channels, this arises from the ignorance of the users Regarding services and products, the time customers must wait online to be served, frequent customers of the institution, do not dominate digital tools due to their age, level of schooling, location of the place of residence where they lack signal to access this type of channel or they simply do not consider it a safe medium, and are afraid, given that the constant use of these means causes information leaks, the massive use of ATMs, the use of this medium as part of the service provided by the bank, frequently lacks supply, due to the influx and use of this by users ios, who, wanting to access a faster service, forget the other channels they can use to avoid congestion and discomfort when ATMs are out of service, due to lack of cash, the cost of services and products. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El Banco de Pichincha tiene alternativas para acceder a sus principales servicios, entre ellos se encuentran los canales electrónicos, sin embargo existe inconvenientes relacionados a los canales electrónicos: falta de conocimiento en el uso de los canales, esto surge a partir del desconocimiento de los usuarios con respecto a los servicios y productos, el tiempo que deben esperar los clientes en línea para ser atendido, los clientes frecuentes de la institución, no dominan las herramientas digitales debido a su edad, grado de escolaridad, ubicación del lugar de domicilio donde carecen de señal para acceder a este tipo de canales o simplemente no lo consideran un medio seguro, y presentan miedo, dado que el constante uso de estos medios provoque fugas de información, el uso masivo de los cajeros automáticos, la utilización de este medio como parte del servicio que brinda el banco, de forma frecuente presenta falta de abastecimiento, por la afluencia y uso de este por parte de los usuarios, quienes, al querer acceder a un servicio más rápido, olvidan los otros canales que pueden usar para evitar congestionamiento y malestar al quedarse los cajeros fuera de servicio, por la falta de efectivo, el costo de servicios y productos. | es_ES |
