Logística de compras en el Comercial Don Jorge de la Ciudad de Babahoyo

| dc.description | The present case study is on the theme of Purchasing Logistics in the Commercial Don Jorge of the City of Babahoyo, the main objective that it seeks to achieve is to analyze the management of purchasing logistics of the commercial premises "Don Jorge" of the city of Babahoyo., for an efficient development, the inductive method was used because a series of observations was used which will allow a more assertive analysis. The data collection technique used is given through the elaboration of surveys directed directly to the employers of the commercial premises. The present case study was carried out at the commercial premises "Don Jorge" since it is a place dedicated to the sale of essential products and for home use, within which a series of problems were found that are directly related to the administration reflected within it and the way in which these consequences affect its purchasing logistics process within the establishment. The development was carried out through the inductive method since to make the conclusions it was done through a series of observations, using data collection as a technique to take more direct results, and as an instrument a bank of questions was used that were addressed to the workers of the “Don Jorge” business premises. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio de caso lleva de tema Logística de compras en el Comercial Don Jorge de la Ciudad de Babahoyo, el objetivo principal que busca alcanzar es el de analizar la gestión de logística de compras del local comercial “Don Jorge” de la ciudad de Babahoyo, para un eficiente desarrollo se utilizó el método inductivo debido que se usó una serie de observaciones las cuales permitirán tener un análisis más asertivo. La técnica de recolección de datos usada se da mediante la elaboración de encuestas dirigidas de manera directa a los empleadores del local comercial. Se lo realizó al local comercial “Don Jorge” ya que es una local dedicado a la venta de productos de primera necesidad y para uso del hogar, dentro del cual se encontró una serie de problemas que se encuentran relacionados directamente con la administración reflejada dentro del mismo y la manera en como estas consecuencias afectan su proceso de logística de compras dentro del establecimiento. En base a los resultados obtenidos se pudo analizar que todos estos problemas encontrados en el local comercial afectan en gran manera la situación financiera de la empresa afectando su productividad y desempeño laboral puesto que su crecimiento económico ha empezado a disminuir generando gran pérdida y afectación dentro del establecimiento en cuestión. | es_ES |
