| dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación denominada: Gestión de abastecimiento en la Tienda TuTi N.032 de la ciudad de Babahoyo, cadena dedicada a la comercialización y venta de bienes de primera necesidad dentro de la provincia, tiene como finalidad determinar los problemas y anomalías que presenta en local en lo referente al desabastecimiento de productos de mayor consumo en las perchas del almacén, factor que disminuye en gran medida la satisfacción de los clientes, el reconocimiento y preferencia de la entidad, situación que perjudica a la organización por lo cambiante y competitivo que es el mercado babahoyense. El actual caso aplica una metodología de investigación descriptiva-bibliográfica, la que permite describir cada uno de los escenarios y situaciones particulares encontradas en el estudio con base en la gestión de abastecimiento que presenta el local N.032 de la ciudad de Babahoyo de la cadena TuTi, sustentado la información encontrada por medio de los principales instrumentos de recolección de datos como la entrevista y encuesta aplicadas al administrador y gerente respectivamente a través de fuentes teóricas verificables que permitan el análisis a profundidad de los problemas suscitados en la institución. | es_ES |
