dc.description | This project synthesizes the results of virtual teaching strategies that facilitate the learning process of students, which arises due to the low performance of students, so the objective of this study is to propose strategies virtual of teaching to improve academic performance in students, reduced in a population of 45 teachers who belong to the institution. The research is of an applied type, having a mixed approach, and its scope is descriptive and explanatory, with the intention of providing answers and solutions to the study problem, on the other hand, the technique that was obtained to solve the questions raised was the survey. , sent to the teachers' emails, applying a 20-question questionnaire based on the licker scale containing 5 alternatives, where finally, through the application of statistical techniques such as hypothesis and square chip tests, it is concluded that virtual strategies of teaching are significantly related to academic performance, in addition, collaborative work, the setting of objectives, teaching resources, motivation improve the academic performance of students, which is why it is manifested that the application of virtual strategies helps to facilitate the teaching of teachers. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto sintetiza los resultados de las estrategias virtuales de enseñanza que permiten facilitar el proceso de aprendizaje de los estudiantes, el cual surge debido al bajo rendimiento que poseen los alumnos, por lo que el objetivo del presente estudio es proponer estrategias virtuales de enseñanza para mejorar el rendimiento académico en los estudiantes, basándose en una población de 45 docentes que pertenecen a la institución. La investigación es de tipo aplicada, teniendo un enfoque mixto, y su alcance es descriptivo y explicativo, con la intención de dar respuestas y soluciones al problema de estudio, por otra parte, la técnica que se utilizó para resolver las interrogantes planteadas fue la encuesta, enviada a los correos de los docentes, aplicando un cuestionario de 20 preguntas basadas en la escala de licker conteniendo 5 alternativas, donde finalmente mediante la aplicación de técnicas estadísticas como lo son las prueba de hipótesis y de chip cuadrado se concluye que las estrategias virtuales de enseñanza se relacionan significativamente con el rendimiento académico, además el trabajo colaborativo, el planteamiento de objetivos, los recursos didácticos, la motivación mejoran el rendimiento académico de los alumnos, por lo consiguiente se manifiesta que la aplicación de estrategias virtuales ayuda a facilitar la enseñanza de los docentes. | es_ES |
