dc.description | This proposal has been developed in Radio Suprema Nacional to improve its business management and positioning in the Vinces canton, this company is dedicated to providing advertising services and provides its audience with entertainment through a barium and entertaining radio programming space where they are music, interviews, news, local, provincial, national and international, in order to bring the best variety of radio to its listeners. From the field investigation that was carried out, it was possible to determine that there are important shortcomings in terms of its administration that is decisive to maintain its leadership in the world of radio, which is why this research work seeks to provide the necessary tools to improve its management and use of its resources, as well as provide marketing techniques to expand its good image by establishing lines of work that seek to implement the resources of partners and shareholders. dc.description.abstract | La presente propuesta ha sido desarrollada en Radio Suprema Nacional para mejorar su gestión empresarial y posicionamiento en el cantón Vinces, esta empresa se dedica a prestar servicios de publicidad y brinda a su audiencia entretenimiento a través de un bario i entretenido espacio programaciones radiales donde se encuentran música, entrevistas, noticias, locales, provinciales, nacionales e internacionales, para poder llevar la mejor variedad de radio a sus oyentes. A partir de la investigación de campo que se realizó se pudo determinar que existen falencias importantes en cuanto a su administración que es determinante para mantener su liderazgo en el mundo de la radio, es por lo cual este trabajo de investigación busca brindar las herramientas necesarias para mejorar su gestión y aprovechamiento de sus recursos, así como también, brindar técnicas de mercadeo para ampliar su buena imagen estableciendo líneas de trabajo que buscan implementar los recursos de los socios y accionistas. Al inicio ante la posible problemática se realizara un análisis de factores que influyen en el desarrollo de la empresa tanto factores internos que son los que pueden causar las falta de capacitación, de compromiso, y de profesionalismo, y los factores externos como normas legales como leyes estatales que establezcan a las radios, y problemas por la naturaleza que son difíciles de contrarrestar, es por lo cual esta parte es muy importante ya que los consumidores o radio escuchas son muy sensibles al igual que todo consumidor cuando hay un inconveniente, cambian rápidamente de productos, es por lo cual la administración central necesita de varios estudios de mercado para poder mantener a los clientes siempre al lado de la radio. | es_ES |
