The objective of the research focused on the use of B-Learning and its possible contribution to the teaching performance of the English subject in District 12D01 Baba- Babahoyo-Montalvo, through a proposed training strategy consisting of three phases: induction of teachers, pedagogical support for B-Learning and measurement of work with B-Learning. The methodology applied is explanatory and descriptive with a quantitative approach. In order to obtain the results, data collection instruments were applied to 89 teachers, namely: classroom observation guide, questionnaires and interviews with authorities of the district's institutions. It became evident that English teachers need to improve their knowledge, didactic skills and dynamics.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEn el contexto del COVID-19 y las demandas establecidas por su causa generan un sinnúmero de adaptaciones improvisadas y múltiples inconvenientes en las modalidades educativas, así como en cada una de las estrategias de trabajo en el ámbito educativo. El objetivo de la investigación se enfocó en el uso del B-Learning y su posible contribución al desempeño docente de la asignatura de inglés, del Distrito 12D01 Baba-Babahoyo-Montalvo, mediante una propuesta de estrategia de capacitación conformada por tres fases: inducción a docentes, acompañamiento pedagógico para el B-Learning y medición de trabajo con el B-Learning. La metodología aplicada es explicativa y descriptiva con un enfoque cuantitativo. En la obtención de resultado se aplicaron instrumentos para la recolección de datos a 89 docentes, a saber: guía de observación a clases, cuestionarios y entrevistas a autoridades de las instituciones del distrito. Se evidenció los docentes de inglés tienen necesidad de mejorar sus conocimientos, destrezas didácticas y dinámica de clase, lo cual sugiere la ampliación de la estrategia enseñada para evidenciar la influencia producida por el B- Learning sobre el desempeño y rol del docente.es_ES
