| dc.description | Tourism is an activity that involves the direct participation of the human being, since different activities are developed that derive from it. This implies that the human being must relate with nature, coexistence with other cultures and traditions, way of life of other people, among other manifestations that directly attract tourists. In the Province of Los Rios is located the Canton Quevedo, a sector that has the necessary characteristics for the development of a tourist guide that influences the tourist development of the cantonal capital. In the development of this research work we propose to analyze the impact of tourism in the cadastre of tourist establishments located in the Canton of Quevedo, since this is a very relevant factor when implementing an establishment in any part of the country. It is for this reason that an analysis of the cadastre is proposed since it should not directly affect tourism and the establishments that are already implemented in the canton and those that are coming in the future. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | El turismo es una actividad que involucra la participación directa del ser humano, ya que se desarrollan diferentes actividades que de esta derivan. Esto implica que el ser humano se debe relacionar con la naturaleza, la convivencia con otras culturas y tradiciones, forma de vida de otras personas, entre otras manifestaciones que atraen directamente al turista. En la Provincia de los Ríos se encuentra ubicado el Cantón Quevedo, sector que posee las caracteriza necesarias para el desarrollo de una guía turística que incida en el desarrollo turístico de la cabecera cantonal. En el desarrollo del presente trabajo investigativo se propone analizar el impacto del turismo en el catastro de los establecimientos turísticos que se encuentran en el Cantón Quevedo, ya que este es un factor de mucha relevancia al momento de implementar un establecimiento en cualquier parte del país. Es por tal razón que se plantea un análisis del catastro ya que no debería afectar de manera directa con el turismo y los establecimientos que ya se encuentran implementado en el Cantón y los que vienen a futuro. | es_ES |
