dc.description.abstractEl presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado por medio de un estudio se analiza sobre el crecimiento de Netflix que es una empresa que presta un servicio de vídeo bajo demanda y está disponible en más de 190 países. Se establece un diagnóstico de la situación para identificar la ventaja competitiva de la empresa de NETFLIX y la televisión por cable. NETFLIX sigue un análisis interno y externo en el que se opera un diagnóstico de la situación y además estudia una ventaja competitiva de ambas empresas. Para desarrollar esta investigación y medir la satisfacción percibida por el cliente se ha tomado como principal objetivo analizar cuidadosamente cada uno de sus procesos de estudio y proponer mejoras para un adecuado nivel de satisfacción de los clientes, fue necesario aplicar algunos métodos y técnicas con el fin de que la investigación tenga fundamentos claves para la sustentación de dicho estudio, fue necesario aplicar indicadores para analizar adecuadamente si los clientes estaban sintiéndose conforme con el servicio que reciben de la empresa, con el único fin de hacer que el cliente se sienta como la persona más importante, dentro de esta investigación se ha procedido a la utilización de técnicas como la encuesta, la cual brindo mayor énfasis en la investigación ya que es el punto de partida para el desarrollo, de tal manera que estos son los acontecimientos que arroja la investigación realizada a los clientes de la empresa de televisión por cable y de NETFLIX.es_ES
