Internet accessibility guarantees that users with limitations and different needs can browse the web in a limited way and without external help, the objective of web design is to avoid the inclusion of certain groups of people such as people with physical and mental disabilities but the Accessible internet goes much further, for example it prioritizes those sectors where it does not have access to mobile devices and if it does, the internet hangs and if they find students in those homes they will not be able to educate themselves correctly because education is virtual This is why this project was carried out to provide solutions to problems related to the instability of the current internet.
It is important to note that currently all kinds of activity takes place virtually, due to the pandemic, COVID-19, after which all kinds of premises, educational units, among other places closed their doors, which is why the internet became one of the greatest needs at home, students and teachers were the most affected due to the fact that engaging in a virtual world was hard, from exposing to reviewing tasks online, although it is an advance in technology, to People who are a little older still find it difficult to adapt to this new modality even for youth, because before the internet was used only to watch videos on YouTube or communicate with friends through social networks, currently it is much more beyond the aforementioned. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La accesibilidad a internet garantiza que los usuarios con limitaciones y necesidades diferentes puedan navegar por la web de forma limitada y sin ayuda externa, el objetivo del diseño web consiste en evitar la inclusión de determinados grupos de personas como personas con discapacidad física y mental pero el internet accesible va mucho más allá, por ejemplo prioriza aquellos sectores donde no tiene acceso a dispositivos móviles y si los tiene el internet se cuelga y en caso de que hallan estudiantes en esos hogares no podrán educarse de forma correcta debido a que la educación es virtual, es por esto que se realizó este proyecto para brindar soluciones a los problemas presentados debido a la inestabilidad del internet actual.
Es importante destacar que en la actualidad todo tipo de actividad se desarrolla de forma virtual, debido a la pandemia, COVID-19, luego de la cual todo tipo de locales, unidades educativas, entre otro lugares cerraron sus puertas, es por esto que el internet paso a ser una de las mayores necesidades en el hogar, los estudiantes y docentes fueron los más afectados debido a que acoplarse a un mundo virtual fue duro, desde exponer, hasta revisar tareas en línea, aunque es un avance de la tecnología, a las personas que son un poco mayores de edad aún les es difícil acoplarse a esta nueva modalidad incluso para juventud, debido a que antes la internet se usaba solo para ver videos en YouTube o comunicarse con amigos a través de redes sociales, actualmente va mucho más allá de lo antes mencionado. | es_ES |
