dc.description | This research was conducted with the assistants of the human talent area of the Technical University of Babahoyo, whose main objective is to understand what are the competencies of the secretaries that affect the administrative development of the executive departments. The main negative aspect influencing secretaries is technology. As a first step, we sought to obtain different conceptualizations that later helped us to understand this topic in a significant way. The methodology used for this research was quantitative research, it is appropriate to achieve the objective since it focuses mainly on measurement and verification through data collection methods. Which are; the survey and statistical analysis. In addition we can focus on observable data such as body language, behavior or visual elements at the time of the survey. Then the application of the survey was carried out, which provided us with accurate information for us to be able to use or develop workshops, training with structured topics that can benefit the attendee, will also ensure customer satisfaction and also help in the progress of the institution. In addition, it was observed that this institution should have greater control over the development of the management using the various secretarial skills. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La presente investigación fue realizada a los asistentes del área de talento humano de la Universidad Técnica de Babahoyo cuyo objetivo principal es comprender cuales son las competencias de las secretarias que inciden en el desarrollo administrativo de los departamentos ejecutivos. Existiendo como primordial aspecto negativo influyente en las secretarias, la tecnología. Como primer paso se buscó obtener diversas conceptualizaciones que posteriormente nos ayudaron a comprender de manera significativa esta temática. La metodología utilizada para esta investigación fue la investigación cuantitativa, es apropiada para lograr el objetivo ya que se centra principalmente en la medición y comprobación mediante los métodos de recolección de datos. Que son; la encuesta y el análisis estadístico. Además nos podemos centrar en datos observables como el lenguaje corporal, comportamiento o elementos visuales al momento de realizar la encuesta. Luego se realizó la aplicación de la encuesta que nos brindó información precisa para así nosotros poder emplear o desarrollar talleres, capacitaciones con temas estructurados que puedan beneficiar al asistente, garantizará también la satisfacción del cliente y además ayudará en el progreso de la institución. Además de eso se observó que dicha institución debe tener mayor control en cuanto al desarrollo de las gestiones utilizando las diversas competencias secretariales. | es_ES |
