The purpose of this research is to carry out a reactivation plan of the railroad in order to improve the local tourist activity of Riobamba through agreements signed with public-private institutions. This is the reason why a strategic reactivation plan has been carried out, because it is of utmost importance to create alliances with these institutions in order to achieve a joint work with a viable plan and with new management models that would lead us to an instantaneous tourist operation. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En la presente investigación desarrollada se denomina: “ESTRATEGIAS DE RE-ACTIVACIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA DE LA EMPRESA PÚBLICA FERROCARRILES ECUADOR EN LA CIUDAD DE RIOBAMBA AÑO 2020”, donde la re-activación es muy importante para que la empresa pueda ejercer actividad turística y a su vez genere recursos económicos, la misma que beneficiará el trabajo de las personas de la comunidad. El propósito que tiene esta investigación es realizar un plan de reactivación del ferrocarril para de esta forma mejorar la actividad turística local de Riobamba esto por medio de acuerdos firmados con instituciones público – privada, motivo por el que se ha llevado a cabo un plan estratégico de reactivación, debido a que es de suma transcendencia crear alianzas con estas instituciones para esta forma, se pueda conseguir un trabajo en conjunto con un plan viable y con nuevos modelos de gestión en la que nos llevaría a una instantánea operación turística. | es_ES |
