It is also a city examined by national tourists due to its delicious and varied cuisine, based mainly on seafood from the river and products from the Ecuadorian coast; The general objective of this study is to determine the contribution of ancestral gastronomy in tourism development, its main interest being to publicize its contribution and its reinvention for progress, becoming a subject for the development of future projects in the tourism field. dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo se realizó en el cantón Quevedo provincia de Los Ríos, actualmente conocida como la Ciudad del rio, la cual se encuentra en un auge turístico sin precedentes, debido al crecimiento de lugares y atracciones turísticas en pro de fomentar el turismo en la ciudad de Quevedo. Además es una ciudad examinada por turistas nacionales debido a su deliciosa y variada gastronomía, basada principalmente en mariscos de rio y productos de la costa ecuatoriana; el objetivo general del presente estudio es determinar la contribución de la gastronomía ancestral en el desarrollo turístico, siendo su principal interés, dar a conocer su contribución y su reinvención para el progreso, convirtiéndose en materia para la elaboración de futuros proyectos en el campo turístico. La propuesta de este trabajo investigativo es conocer como contribuye la gastronomía ancestral en el desarrollo turístico del cantón y por consiguiente crear y desarrollar programas gastronómicos que ayuden a los establecimientos a la promocionar la comida ancestral. | es_ES |
