dc.descriptionThe present research work was carried out with the objective of diagnosing the incidence of strategic communication in promoting community enterprises with montubia women in the Mocache city, based on the needs and problems that affect these places. In order to improve the socioeconomic development of the inhabitants of the "San Mateo" recital located in the Mocache city. This research study seeks to create insertion opportunities for Montubia women in a community entrepreneurship business. Currently, all community ventures are established as incentives for communities so that they are able to create, manage and develop projects that generate economic sustainability for their families and community. The development of this project is focused on identifying the references on communication strategies in the application of community enterprises, analyzing the current level of entrepreneurship and skills of Montubia women in the rural sectors of the Mocache city. To determine the proposed objectives, statistical tests were carried out through the application of 50 surveys, out of a total of 100 women who live in the “San Mateo” enclosure, all this allowed to know and diagnose the importance of strategic communication in promoting entrepreneurship and demonstrate the interest of these women to receive training that allows them to develop their skills to the maximum in each activity that concerns the entrepreneurial business. To carry out the project, I have the support of the leader of the recite “San Mateo and the unavoidable initiative of the entire community.es_ES

dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo diagnosticar la incidencia de la comunicación estratégica en el impulso de emprendimientos comunitarios con mujeres montubias en el cantón Mocache, basándonos en las necesidades y problemáticas que afectan a estos lugares. Para de esta manera mejorar el desarrollo socioeconómico de los habitantes del recinto “San Mateo” ubicado en el cantón Mocache. Este estudio investigativo busca crear oportunidades de inserción a las mujeres montubias en un negocio de emprendimientos comunitarios. En la actualidad todos los emprendimientos comunitarios se establecen como incentivos a las comunidades para que ellos sean capaces de crear, gestionar y desarrollar proyectos que generen sostenibilidad económica para sus familias y comunidad. El desarrollo de este proyecto se puntualiza en identificar los referentes sobre las estrategias de comunicación en la aplicación de los emprendimientos comunitarios, analizar el nivel de emprendimiento actual y habilidades de las mujeres montubias de los sectores rurales del cantón Mocache. Para determinar los objetivos planteados se realizaron pruebas estadísticas mediante la aplicación de 50 encuestas, de un total de 100 mujeres que habitan en el recinto “San Mateo”, todo esto permitió conocer y diagnosticar la importancia que tiene la comunicación estratégica en el impulso de emprendimientos y evidenciar el interés de estas mujeres a recibir capacitaciones que les permitan desarrollar al máximo sus habilidades en cada actividad que concierne el negocio emprendedor. Para llevar a cabo el proyecto se cuento con el apoyo de la líder del recito “San Mateo y la iniciativa ineludible de toda la comunidad.es_ES
