dc.description | Organizational communication is the main axis in an institution to define the obligations and responsibilities that each of the members in an organization has, communication influences the information processes in the work environment. The organizational culture expresses through strategies facilitating commitment and reinforcing the unity of the organization, and in turn generates control and guides behaviors in organizations. Communication in user services allows to know the quality of service in the user service area, the environment in which employees work in each of the areas. Organizational communication becomes a fundamental factor in planning, organization and control functions, and this is where its importance lies. The survey technique has been applied, a questionnaire with closed questions is carried out, it is determined to formulate a proposal that allows the design of a communication plan to contribute to the improvement in the quality of care for users at Hospital General Quevedo IESS. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | La comunicación Organizacional es el eje principal en una institución para definir las obligaciones y responsabilidades que tiene cada uno de los miembros en una organización, la comunicación influye en los procesos de la información en el clima laboral. La cultura organizacional expresa a través de estrategias facilitando el compromiso y reforzando la unidad de la organización, y a su vez genera un control y guía los comportamientos en las organizaciones. La comunicación en los servicio a los usuarios permite conocer la calidad atención en el área de servicio al usuario, el ambiente en que trabajan los empleados en cada una de las áreas. La comunicación organizacional se vuelve factor fundamental en las funciones de planificación, organización y control, y en esto radica su importancia. Se ha aplicado la técnica de la encuesta, se realiza un cuestionario de preguntas cerradas, se determina formular una propuesta que permiten el diseño de un plan de comunicación para contribuir con el mejoramiento en la calidad de atención a los usuarios en Hospital General Quevedo IESS. | es_ES |
