dc.description | This Project intends that good communication practices entail a comprehensive, systematic training that seeks the differentiated change of the student within the classroom and professional training, it seeks to provide the elements to educators so that the teaching-learning process in which the student is part active, dynamic, and transforming of a new process, guided, controlled, and supervised by the teacher, who, based on their own communicative styles in their students, from the implementation of didactic strategies, that promote constant interaction, and the development of teamwork, which will develop greater motivation, and guarantee the process of teaching-learning and professional training of students, It will also allow students to be responsible and get involved in a systemic and problematic way in the process of transformation and development, which allows motivating all students, through the selection of texts that consolidate their professional training, maintaining assertive communication inside and outside the classroom. dc.description.abstract | Este proyecto pretende que las buenas prácticas comunicativas conlleven una formación integral, metódicas, que busque el cambio diferenciado del estudiante dentro del aula y formación profesional, se busca brindar los elementos a los educadores para que el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje en la que el estudiante sea parte activa, dinámica, y convertidores de un nuevo proceso, guiado, fiscalizado, y supervisado por el maestro, a partir de la ejecución de estrategias pedagogías, que potencien la interacción constante, y el desarrollo del trabajo en equipo, lo que desarrollará una mayor motivación, y avalara el proceso de instrucción, aprendizaje y formación profesional de los estudiantes. También permitirá que los estudiantes sean los responsables y se involucren de una manera armónica en el proceso de transformación y desarrollo, que los permita motivar a todos, mediante la selección de contenidos que fortalezcan su formación profesional, conservando la comunicación asertiva dentro y fuera del aula. Hoy en día los nuevos estilos y transformaciones sustentados con base en lo científico y metodológica, buscan un nuevo camino hacia el desarrollo de la sociedad y los estudiantes, entornos donde está su papel fundamental buscando alternativas y soluciones a los conflictos, que conlleven a que la labor educativa sea desarrolladora y multifacética. | es_ES |
