dc.description.abstractEn la presente investigación trata del impacto del uso de las tecnologías de información y de la comunicación (TICS) en los sectores aledaños de parroquia luz de América. En esta investigación explica las necesidades desarrollar y aplicar las tecnologías online entres autoridades, docentes y estudiantes para así se puede adaptar la nueva norma tecnológica. En el capitulo1 tuvo como objetivos, identificar los tipos de medios más utilizan en los planteles educativos para mejorar su clases online o virtual, con el fin de enseñarles que TICS aportan un sin número de ventajas a los estudiantes - docentes- autoridades. Posteriormente la resolución de esta investigación se trató de utilizar el uso del instrumento de recolección de datos investigativos a través de dichos expertos que opinan sobre la tecnología de información y comunicación deben siempre ser relacionado con los planteles educativos con los fines de llegar a educar de la mejor manera posible, además ayudar capacitar a los docentes para cuando les toce trabajar con personas especial.es_ES
