dc.description | When developing this investigation and proceeding with the case study, we noted that there is no link in the interpersonal relationship and its contribution to the work environment of the secretary of the educational unit May 4, where it was possible to verify that the administrative areas do not have a model of works where non-aggression policies could be created or simply a guide that addresses conflicts that may exist within the institution for any reason, we also apply the inductive method and as a data collection measure in an interview with the secretary of the institution and There, corroborate some design to find results and expose the deficits within the administrative area, however we must progressively improve the levels of work such as requests for grades.

dc.description.abstract | Al desarrollar esta indagación y proceder el estudio de caso notamos que no hay un vínculo en la relación interpersonal y su aporte en el clima laboral de la secretaria de la Unidad Educativa 4 de Mayo, donde se pudo verificar que las áreas administrativas no tiene modelo de trabajos donde se pudiera crear políticas de no agresión o simplemente una guía que dirija los conflictos que pudieran haber dentro de la institución por algún motivo también aplicamos el método inductivo y como medida de recolección de datos en una entrevista a la secretaria de la institución y de allí corroborar algún diseño para encontrar resultados y exponer los déficit dentro del área administrativa.
al concluir todo el proceso se tuvo muchas respuestas de diferentes interrogantes y se obtuvo los resultados esperados de la Unidad Educativa 4 de Mayo, sin embargo, debemos dar recomendaciones previas a mejorar progresivamente los niveles de conocimientos informáticos en las secretarías y así puedan emplear nuevas herramientas tecnológicas, todo con la finalidad de realizar los procesos de función administrativa y almacenamiento de información más factible para el estudiante.
En conclusión, con respecto a esta investigación encontramos que, si la institución provee de los recursos digitales y humano a la institución, pero también se debe fortalecer las capacitaciones constantes de las herramientas tecnológicas a las secretarias que cada día suples las necesidades de los usuarios y por ende dan a conocer que la institución trata de ser mejor una institución de calidad. | es_ES |
