dc.description | The organizational climate is an important element for the development of organizations, because it has a direct impact on the development of their employees, and therefore on the correct execution of their processes and activities. This case study does an analysis of the organizational climate and how it influences the working environment of the officials of the San Antonio savings and credit union, taking as a specific analysis unit the business area of the Babahoyo branch, given the influx of customers that it has on a daily basis, and the type of work that is done. The study of the working environment as an independent variable establishes the importance of properly managing the organizational climate in institutions. For the development of research, the inductive and deductive-synthetic method is used, initiating with a documentary analysis of the main theories about organizational climate variables and working environment, based on bibliography by authors who are experts in the subject. Subsequent field research is carried out on the entity, through a survey of officials. The results showed the poor working climate of the officials surveyed, and determined potential causes related to the organizational climate, which eventually led to the direct impact of the organizational climate on the work environment, and the need to generate actions aimed at improving it to increase the level of employee satisfaction. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | El clima organizacional es un elemento importante para el desarrollo de las organizaciones, debido a que incide directamente en el desenvolvimiento de sus colaboradores, y por consiguiente en la correcta ejecución de sus procesos y actividades. El presente estudio de caso hace un análisis del clima organizacional y la manera cómo influye en el ambiente laboral de los funcionarios de la cooperativa de ahorro y crédito San Antonio, tomando como unidad de análisis específica el área de negocios de la sucursal de Babahoyo, dada la afluencia de clientes que tiene a diario, y el tipo de trabajo que se realiza. El estudio del ambiente laboral como variable independiente establece la importancia de gestionar adecuadamente el clima organizacional en las instituciones. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se hace uso del método inductivo y el deductivo - sintético, iniciando con un análisis documental de las principales teorías acerca de las variables clima organizacional y ambiente laboral, a partir de bibliografía de autores expertos en la temática. Posterior se realiza una investigación de campo en la entidad, mediante una encuesta a los funcionarios. Los resultados evidenciaron el un mal clima laboral de los funcionarios encuestados, y determinaron potenciales causas que se relacionan con el clima organizacional, lo que permitió finalmente establecer como conclusión la incidencia directa que ejerce el clima organizacional sobre el ambiente laboral, y la necesidad de generar acciones encaminadas a su mejora para incrementar el nivel de satisfacción de los empleados. | es_ES |
