dc.description | This research work deals with anxiety and the factors that influence withdrawal in an adolescent. Withdrawal syndrome usually have levels of anxiety that are widely related to the changes and physical, emotional and psychological damage that recurrent drug use has caused. The consumption of psychoactive substances in many cases, leads to clinically significant deterioration or discomfort, since in adolescence the increased probability of joining said consumption is usually powerful, among the factors involved can be a stressful lifestyle and chaotic, low self-esteem, social pressure, emotional suffering, problems in the family environment, which can contribute to the beginning or maintenance of it, leading to harmful consequences for the adolescent, in this way it is evident that the causes of drug use can be very diverse .The psychological vision consists of detecting these types of problems and distinguishing the symptoms of this disorder, as well as the main behavioral changes that people develop with withdrawal due to consumption. The psychological orientation is intended to help through individual or group support systems for rehabilitation to improve communication skills, interpersonal relationships, as well as family dynamics. An evaluation by the psychologist can be useful to start an early intervention in the direction of the change in emotions or thoughts, in combination with medications can be very effective in the initial contribution of the treatment, to avoid relapse and suppress the symptoms, reestablishing normal brain function and reduce cravings for the drug. | es_ES |

dc.description.abstract | Este trabajo de investigación trata sobre la ansiedad y los factores que influyen en la abstinencia en un adolescente. El síndrome de abstinencia, habitualmente presentan niveles de ansiedad que están ampliamente relacionados a los cambios y daños físicos, emocionales y psicológicos que el consumo recurrente de las drogas ha causado. El consumo de sustancias psicoactivas en muchos casos, conlleva a un deterioro o malestar clínicamente significativos, puesto que en la edad adolescente suelen ser potente el incremento de probabilidad de incorporarse a dicho consumo, entre los factores implicados se puede encontrar un estilo de vida estresante y caótico, baja autoestima, la presión social, el sufrimiento emocional, problemas en el entorno familiar lo que, puede contribuir el inicio o mantenimiento del mismo, desembocando consecuencias perjudiciales para el adolescente, de esta forma se evidencia que las causas del consumo de drogas pueden ser muy diversas. La visión psicológica consiste en detectar este tipo de problemas y distinguir los síntomas de este trastorno, así como los cambios de conducta principales que desarrollan las personas con abstinencia por consumo. La orientación psicológica tiene como finalidad ayudar mediante los sistemas de apoyo individual o grupal para la rehabilitación a mejorar las destrezas de comunicación, las relaciones interpersonales, así como la dinámica familiar. Una evaluación por parte del psicólogo puede ser útil para comenzar una intervención temprana en dirección del cambio en las emociones o pensamientos, en combinación con los medicamentos pueden ser muy eficaz en la contribución inicial del tratamiento, para evitar la recaída y suprimir los síntomas, reestableciendo la función normal del cerebro y reducir los deseos intensos de consumir la droga. | es_ES |
