| dc.description | Throughout the confinement by the covid-19 pandemic, symptomatic outbreaks of different types of anxiety disorders have been generated as a result of the excess of concern, fear and collective fear in the population to avoid the spread of SARS-CoV-2. Triggering situations such as hearing false news, lack of economic income, unemployment, despair in the population, death or illness of a relative or close person, being locked up for days and only leaving home under the rules have generated uncertainty in people and with this has also caused various changes in areas such as thinking, emotions and behavior. The present case study prior to obtaining a clinical psychologist whose topic is panic disorder due to confinement due to the Covid-19 pandemic in a 52-year-old patient has psychological counseling as a line of research and a sub-line in research in guidance and counseling, proposing a therapeutic scheme with the cognitive model through the application of therapeutic techniques to minimize the symptoms of panic disorder in the patient. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | A lo largo del confinamiento por la pandemia covid-19 se han generado brotes sintomatológicos de diferentes tipos de trastornos de la ansiedad producto del exceso de preocupación, temor y miedo colectivo en la población por evitar el contagio del SARS-CoV-2. Las situaciones detonantes como, escuchar falsas noticias, falta de ingresos económicos, desempleos, desesperanza en la población, muerte o enfermedad de un familiar o persona cercana, estar encerrado durante días y solo salir de casa bajo normas han generado incertidumbre en las personas y con ello también han causado varios cambios en áreas como el pensamiento, emociones y conducta. El presente estudio de caso previo a la obtención de psicólogo clínico cuyo tema es el trastorno de pánico debido al confinamiento por la pandemia Covid-19 en una paciente de 52 años tiene como línea de investigación el asesoramiento psicológico y una sub-línea en investigación en orientación y asesoría, planteando un esquema terapéutico con el modelo cognitivo mediante la aplicación de técnicas terapéuticas para minimizar los síntomas del trastorno de pánico en la paciente. | es_ES |
