| dc.description | This case study has as its theme: Grief and its influence on the behavior of a 13-year-old adolescent from San Juan Parish; collecting necessary information through the use of techniques such as interview, observation, medical history and psychometric tests, in which according to the analysis, the most appropriate for the clinical case were the Corman family test and the Hollom self-control test and Kendall, which resulted in aggressive characteristics, lost spontaneity, inhibition, devaluation, among others. The diagnosis obtained according to the ICD10 and DSM-V criteria was: 309.4 (F43.25) Adjustment disorders with mixed disturbance of emotions and behavior. It was identified that the patient is going through the second stage of grief, which is anger, for which she intervened with various psychotherapeutic techniques such as the farewell letter Collection of activities, relaxation technique, circular questions, family psychoeducation from the systemic family approach, as well how the continuity of psychological care was recommended to assess the process of acceptance of the loss, in addition to family psychoeducation to strengthen ties within the system. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | Este estudio de caso tiene como tema: Duelo y su influencia en la conducta de una adolescente de 13 años de la Parroquia San Juan; recolectando información necesaria mediante la utilización técnicas como la entrevista, la observación, la historia clínica y pruebas psicométricas, en las que según el análisis, las más adecuadas para el caso clínico fueron el test de la familia de Corman y el test de autocontrol de Hollom y Kendall, que dió como resultados características agresivas, espontaneidad perdida, inhibición, desvalorización, entre otros. El diagnóstico obtenido según los criterios del CIE10 y DSM-V fue: 309.4 (F43.25) Trastornos de adaptación con alteración mixta de las emociones y la conducta. Se identificó que la paciente atraviesa la segunda etapa del duelo que es la ira, por lo que se intervino con varias técnicas psicoterapéuticas como la carta de despedida Recolección de actividades, técnica de relajación, preguntas circulares, psicoeducación familiar desde el enfoque familiar sistémico, así como se recomendó la continuidad de la atención psicológica para ir valorando el proceso de aceptación de la perdida, además de la psicoeducación familiar para fortalecer vínculos dentro del sistema. | es_ES |
