| dc.description | The present case study dealt with cocaine consumption and its incidence in the affective relationships of a 25-year-old man, with the objective of determining cocaine consumption and its incidence in the affective relationships of a 25-year-old man in order to elaborate a treatment plan in accordance with the improvements in his family relationship. According to the results obtained based on the psychometric tests applied, it was determined that his need for consumption is medium to high, thus having a low level of affectivity with a deficit in it, he also has a medium-high level of abstinence in situations where the consumption of the substance is stopped, being related to the use of cocaine and his family problems. Addressing this issue is essential to provide information from a psychological perspective with truthfulness to society or context that is going through a similar problem, since often as a society we tend to judge the consumption of the substance from a point of view of what is consumed and not from a criterion of why, so by not knowing the background of their consumption many young people are marginalized. | es_ES |

| dc.description.abstract | En el presente estudio de caso se trató el tema consumo de cocaína y su incidencia en las relaciones afectivas de un hombre de 25 años, teniendo como objetivo determinar el consumo de cocaína y su incidencia en las relaciones afectivas de un hombre de 25 años para elaborar un plan de tratamiento acorde hacia las mejoras con su vínculo familiar. De acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos con base en las pruebas psicométricas aplicadas se determinó; que su necesidad de consumo es de media a alta, teniendo así un nivel bajo de afectividad existiendo un déficit en el mismo, además posee un nivel medio-alto de abstinencia ante situaciones donde se detiene el consumo de la sustancia, viéndose relacionado el uso de cocaina y sus problemas familiares. Tratar este tema es fundamental para poder brindar información desde una perspectiva psicológica con veracidad a la sociedad o contexto que este atravesando por un problema similar, dado que muchas veces como sociedad se tiende a juzgar el consumo de la sustancia desde un punto de vista de lo que se consume y no desde un criterio del por qué, de tal manera al no conocer el trasfondo de su consumo muchos jóvenes son marginados. | es_ES |
